Our 12 month project designed by the world-renowned designer Aaron Mackenzie Moore of AMMD Inc. began with a nearly complete gut. Thid full renovation included all brand new windows, skylights, new rain screen, new roof, long board, stucco, all brand new mechanical, landscaping, and a generator addition. Just under $2m was invested in the year long project. This 3 level home with a total of 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms is situated on a 14,500sq.ft oceanview lot with meticulously crafted landscaping, an outdoor pool, & cabana.
