Our main service area is in the Greater Vancouver Area, but we also service all of the Lower Mainland and Sunshine Coast.

- How long is the estimate valid for?
The estimate that we provide is valid for 10 days from the date of receipt – after which it may be subject to change. If you decide to proceed with the project, please let us know as soon as possible.
- Can I get drawings for the project?
Yes. We will determine to what extent drawings are required and whether this will be an additional service that you will need to account for in the budgeting of your project. We highly recommend getting drawings for your project as it will give you a good idea of what the project will look like.
- How do payments work?
Every project varies, but based on industry standards, we typically require a deposit prior to the start of the project, and the amount varies based on the specific requirements of the project. Custom materials may require a higher deposit. Payment schedule will be discussed and agreed upon during the consultation.
We have a clear payment and billing process in place, and we provide detailed invoices and receipts to our customers.
- How much will it cost to complete my project?
The cost of a renovation project can vary depending on a number of factors such as the scope of work, the materials and finishes used, and the location of the property. In order to provide you with an accurate estimate for your project, we would need to conduct a consultation and assess the specific requirements of your project. During the consultation, we would discuss your budget and project goals, take measurements of the space, and provide you with a detailed estimate for the cost of the project.
- How do you handle warranties and post-construction services?
We believe in standing behind our work and are always willing to address any issues or problems that arise after the project is completed. Our warranty program varies depending on the project and is typically for 2-5 years.
- Do I have to move out during the renovation service?
It depends on the scope of the renovation and the specific areas that are being worked on. In some cases, it may be necessary for you to temporarily move out of the home during the renovation. However, in other cases, it may be possible for you to stay in the home while the work is being done, with certain accommodations made for your safety and comfort. We will be able to advise you on this and make arrangements accordingly, once we have a better understanding of your renovation project.
