Our commercial construction design approach began by strategically adding walls to create a welcoming kitchen area at the entrance, fostering a comfortable and functional workspace. The central area of the office has been converted into a spacious, open room, ideal for collaborative work and meetings. On the far side of the office, we have enclosed two separate offices, positioned against the windows to provide a serene and focused working environment.

The transformation also includes the installation of elegant wood flooring and bespoke wooden millwork, which add warmth and refinement to the space. To enhance the overall aesthetic, we painted the entire ceiling and exposed components, concealing the industrial elements while preserving the impressive height of the room.
